Impact on Education
This project develops innovative theoretical frameworks for understanding the impact of social media and new digital technologies on collaborative planning, along with new methodological approaches that combine social media data analytics with qualitative methods. It has had a significant impact on education, contributing to several MSc and BSc theses. The project’s findings have also integrated to several existing courses and are informing the development of a new course focused on the digitalization of planning and geography at the Department of Human Geography and Spatial Planning, Utrecht University.
